Pre‑Contract (Client / EPCM)

Issuing Invitations to Tender
Tender evaluation, clarification and recommendation

Post‑Contract (Client / EPCM)
End‑to‑end contract administration and commercial oversight throughout project delivery.
Capabilities include:
Liaison with client project management teams for approvals and correspondence
Coordination of weekly progress meetings, including minute preparation and distribution
Maintenance and tracking of Action Item Registers
Preparation and management of Site Instructions and associated registers
Management of RFIs, ensuring timely responses and register upkeep
Processing and assessment of contractual claims, variations and EOTs
Monitoring progress against the project schedule in collaboration with project planners
Quantity reconciliation with site engineers
Close coordination with site supervision to monitor progress and identify deviations
Evaluation and processing of contractor progress claims
Assessment and recommendation of disputed claims
Management of all contractual correspondence within the document control system
Insurance compliance monitoring and contractor updates
Assistance with monthly project cost reporting
Additional support to Contracts Managers and Project Management teams as required
Post‑Contract (Contractor)
Comprehensive subcontract administration and commercial support for contractors delivering complex projects.
Capabilities include:
Preparation of subcontract packages and management of subcontract tender processes
Conducting pre‑award meetings and preparing minutes for contract inclusion
Preparation and execution of subcontract agreements
Coordination of subcontract documentation and mobilisation
Support to Project Managers for labour coordination, purchase orders and mobilisation
Attendance at progress meetings and action tracking
Maintenance of subcontractor and supplier registers
Ensuring subcontractor compliance with policies, insurances, statutory and HSE requirements
Monitoring site progress and identifying deviations
Processing contractual claims, variations and EOTs
Preparation, submission and follow‑up of progress claims
Evaluation and follow‑up of disputed claims
Administration of subcontracts including claims, variations and EOTs
Assistance with monthly cost reporting
Management of as‑built records, MDRs and O&M manuals
Finalisation of Head Contract and Subcontract accounts
Quantity Surveying
Independent, accurate and disciplined quantity verification and cost support across all contract stages.
Capabilities include:
Verification of contract documents against design drawings to confirm quantities and scope items
Verification of quantities for Schedule of Rates contracts
Measurement and take‑off of quantities for variation claims
Preparation of detailed cost breakdowns for variations
Support to cost control teams through monitoring of actual progress versus planned progress
Commercial Management
Commercial leadership and financial oversight to protect project value, manage risk and support informed decision‑making.
