  • Plan and manage contract administration and project team resources.

  • Ensure regular administrative, safety, quality, environmental and financial audits are undertaken.

  • Ensure the project environment effectively deals with all stakeholder expectations.

  • Work in partnership with upper management to agreed performance standards and mutual expectations. Give and receive regular feedback to enable performance to be improved and take personal responsibility for optimizing performance of the project.

  • Monitor and report on the work program and forecast cost to complete and provide analysis of any variance
