  • Effectively manage project costs and margins through in-depth knowledge of administration of contract.

  • Manage, track, forecast and monitor costs & productivity.

  • Management of Variation claims, Contractual claims and EOT claims.

  • Prepare Contract valuation of cost reporting for Top Management.

  • Prepare Forecast cost to go reports.

  • Cash flow forecasting.

  • Analyze financial reports, including providing variance, trend analysis, commentary, and recommendations.

  • Liaising with Accounts receivable and Accounts payable for timely invoicing for claims and supplier & subcontractor payments.

  • Risk management through the development of commercial and risk profiles of complex projects.

  • Demonstrated experience and success leading a commercial function.

  • Solid understanding of strategic contract review processes.

  • Commercial acumen as it relates to project audits, budgeting and insurance risk, policies, and complex claims resolution
